Success is a 3 to 5 year plan John is very strong on this, its not overnight, its not in 30 days or one year its a 3 to 5 year process. Here are the six words from John that can change your life when you incorporate them into your daily life and work plan:
1.Scheduled, you must be scheduled in a paper planner or you will be all over the place!
2. Focused, you must be focused on your Dream On Your Why Like a Laser Focused Eagle!
3. Detailed, you must be detailed leaving nothing to chance, no hoping that things will happen, knowing exactly on a daily basis what you are doing to fulfill your Dream and Your Why!
4.Organized, you must be organized once again or you will be all over the place being distracted at every little thing that comes with in sight or hearing. Make sure your work space as John calls it your Construction Zone is Clean, Neat, and Organized.
5. Structured, You must be structured, your not doing this then doing that and just wondering around doing everything you are structured, A, B, C, 1. 2. 3. You know your schedule and you know what each step along the way is every day!
6. Accountable, You Must be accountable daily, weekly, monthly and yearly to your Dream and Your Why! The most important is Daily, remember about Consistency? Next who are you going to be accountable to? It must be someone who is 1000% on board with your Dreams and Your Why and will listen and tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. Some one close to you is just not going to work, you must have a strategic coach someone that will hold your feet to the fire as they say.
